COURSE SUMMARY

Prerequisite:  CompTIA Tech+

Database Fundamentals at Tech901 provides students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to understand, manage, and analyze data in today's data-driven business environments. Building upon the foundational technology concepts introduced through CompTIA Tech+, this course prepares students for the CompTIA Data+ certification while introducing the core principles of data management, governance, analysis, and reporting.

Through instructor-led lessons and hands-on labs, students gain experience working with databases, data collection, data quality, data visualization, and analytical techniques. Students learn how organizations use data to support business decisions while developing the skills necessary to interpret, organize, and communicate information effectively.
